Mashed potato and brown gravy- Katherine’s Kitchen


1. Potatoes (10)

2. Parsley

3. Butter

4. Milk (sugar free)

5. Gravy Powder


1. Boil the potatoes in 20 minutes. Put the butter in a large bowl and heat in microwave for 1 minutes.

2. After 20 minutes, check the potatoes to see if it well cooked. Put the potatoes into the bowl of butter. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, parsley, and milk (100ml). Use an electric hand whisk and beat all the ingredients in the bowl until smooth.

3. For the gravy, boil 100ml of water then add the gravy powder. Use a fork and stir the liquid until smooth.

4. Put the mashed potato into a large bowl, add salt and pepper and some parsley. Pour the gravy on top of the mashed potato and enjoy!
